Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide technical support related to our product.

Required Skills

  • Understand cybersecurity products (ex. EPP、EDR、MDR、UEBA)
  • Understand the principles of network architecture, data packets, DNS, VLANs, and more.
  • Ability to carry out network errors exclusion.
  • Familiar with Linux/Windows Operating System.

Preferred Skills

  • CEH / CHFI
  • Windows AD
  • Describe product features and communicate with developers
  • Experience in OEM
  • Member of cybersecurity community

Working Place

  • Taipei (Currently Near MRT Nanjing Sanmin Station)

Working Hours

  • 9:00 ~ 18:00 (including one-hour lunch break)
